Gallup Certifies Frontline Private Security

Over the course of 2012, Frontline Private Security participated in the Gallup Entrepreneurship Acceleration System (EAS).  The Gallup EAS is a program sponsored by Gallup, the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, The Nebraska Department of Economic Development and the University of Nebraska.

“Gallup’s EAS combines the best of existing entrepreneurial development thinking with Gallup’s deep experience understanding the human motivations, attitudes, and behaviors that correlate with faster and more sustainable firm growth. The program specifically targets SMEs that have significant potential for economic growth. Gallup developed this program from decades of research studying the world’s best-managed companies and exploring how they successfully unleash human potential to grow in an increasingly competitive, global marketplace.”

The program concluded with the Impact Summit, where Frontline Director of Business Development, Ryan Wullschleger, shared the stage with David Brown, CEO of Gallup and David Heineman, Governor of the state of Nebraska.  Ryan was able to share Frontline’s take-aways from the program and note the near-term results already being realized.

Many changes were made as a result of the program.  We are already beginning to reap the benefit of some of the near-term results as we look forward to the long-term results.  Frontline Private Security is excited to continue using the tools discovered during the year long program.  “We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in such an incredible program, and will prominently display our certificate of completion in our main office” said Wullschleger.
